Solution Most likely you are trying to run WebAdmin 5.0/5.1 with MailMax 5.5. WebAdmin 5.0/5.1 is not compatible with MailMax 5.5. You will need to upgrade to WebAdmin 5.5 for there to be complete compatibility.
