Solution
How to change the font:
If you want to change the font for the "Thanks for visiting all of our operators are offline" in your Offline Survey you will need to modify a CSS file on your server, inside your AgentInterface folder.
On the Server where the SightMax Server is installed go to
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\SightMax\AgentInterface\CSS
and open
chatWindow_style.css
in Notepad.
Look for this line:
#AvailableState { position:absolute; top:21px; left:41px; width:400px;}
If you want to change the font to Times New Roman, then your line should look like this:
#AvailableState { position:absolute; top:21px; left:41px; width:400px; font: times new roman;
}
How to edit the text:
If you want to change the text itself, then you will need to go to
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\SightMax\AgentInterface\scripts\
and open
PrePostChat.js
in Notepad; go to line 277.
