You are unable to see the IP address and Geolocation information in the Geolocaiton tab inside the Operator Console.

Solution:

1. Close the Operator console completely.

2. Download this ZIP file: 

http://livechat.sightmax.com/turner/64bit-fix.zip

3. Extract the file from archive and place it in the Operator console folder (C:\Program Files\SmartMax Software, Inc\SightMax\Operator Client).

 This fix only applies on 64 bit systems.
