 Operator console doesn't play the new chat request notification
Solution Operator console doesn't play the new chat request notification when a new chat request is coming in

Solution: Make sure you are Signed in the Queue.

On the left side of your operator console, you have several vertical tabs, please click on Chats, then right click the desired Queue name ( Ex . Sales ) : you will see the option to Sign in the Sales Queue, or to Sign Out of the Sales queue.
