Solution Go to a command prompt and type regedit.

Next, go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Smartmax Software\ExMail

Delete the value of or.orbl.org in SpamCheckDomain1 or SpamCheckDomain2

Open the MailMax Admin and go to the Administration Tab. Make sure that Spam Check 1 is UNCHECKED.

Restart the MailMax Service.
