You can override specific IP's:
1. Open the MailMax Admin.
2. Expand The Connection Manager.
3. Click on a Connection (Lightning bolt).
4. Click the 'System Settings' button.
5. Go to the 'Connection Control' tab.
6. Click 'Add...'.
7. Enter the IP address.
8. Click 'Trusted'.
This IP does not have to authenticate now.
